BOSSmobile

BOSSmobile is the application running on pdas, handhelds and tablets which allows field workers to receive job information, enter data and record what was done and what resources were consumed.

Auto Synchronisation

BOSS web (the back office) and BOSSmobile communicate across the mobile network. Transfer of data between the two is almost instantaneous and since jobs are held on pdas for the next few days, even if the mobile network is down, field workers can continue without a hitch: BOSS just catches up automatically when the network is restored.
