BOSS Mobile can be configured to print to A4 mobile printers and ruggedised ticket printers via Bluetooth and USB. Additionally, specialist devices like gas analysers can be integrated to speed up productivity and reduce keying errors.

Since BOSS Mobile is GPS integrated, Contractors can keep track of their field workers and generate ‘snail trails’ of where they have been.

BOSS’ back office is hosted in secure server centres providing guaranteed 99.9997% up time.

Since the back office is accessible via most web browsers, users can access it from desktop, laptop, smart phone and other devices.

The BOSS FM system interfaces with parts suppliers and provides export integration for Clients who require regular data feeds. 

BOSS has the facility to bulk load location information and history making the switch from legacy servicing software systems to BOSS quick and simple.

Synchronisation between BOSS Mobile and the back office is required to send job, parts and other information to field workers and to receive job activity data from BOSS Mobile.

Alas mobile signal is not reliable and since most other systems rely on users to activate a synchronisation process, delay and frustration may occur.

BOSS’ M-Sync is an advanced communications tool built into BOSS that automatically synchronises between BOSS Mobile and the back office when mobile signal is available. When signal is not available, M-Sync buffers information from BOSS Mobile and the back office for when services resume.
